User Accounts

Content Generation

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content
  • Generated content may not always reflect your exact intent or prompts

Usage Limits

  • Your usage is subject to the credit or subscription plan you have selected
  • Unused credits do not roll over unless specified in your plan
  • We reserve the right to adjust generation limits based on system capacity

Intellectual Property

Our Content

Kling 4.0 and its original platform content, features, interface design, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform without prior written consent.

AI-Generated Content

  • Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you retain ownership of the unique video and image outputs generated through your prompts
  • You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and temporarily store your generated content to provide the Service
  • We do not claim ownership over content you create using our Service
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights

User Content

Your Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit (prompts, images, reference files) to use the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and use your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Content Standards

You represent and warrant that your submitted content:

  • Does not violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
  • Does not contain false, misleading, or defamatory information
  • Does not contain personal data of others without their consent

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Illegal Content: Generate content that violates any applicable local, national, or international law
  • Harmful Content: Create content that is threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of privacy
  • CSAM: Generate any content that sexually exploits or depicts minors — this is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities
  • Intellectual Property Violations: Generate content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties
  • Deepfakes: Create misleading or deceptive content depicting real people without their consent, particularly for fraud or reputational damage
  • Misinformation: Generate content intended to spread false information or manipulate public opinion
  • Unauthorized Access: Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service
  • System Abuse: Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service in ways that exceed normal usage patterns or circumvent rate limits
  • Reselling: Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our express written permission
  • Malicious Use: Distribute malware, spyware, or other harmful code through the Service

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

Subscription & Payments

Plans and Pricing

We offer various subscription plans and credit packages. Pricing is displayed on our website and may change with notice. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected
  • Credit packages are one-time purchases
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe

Refunds

  • Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun
  • Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase at our discretion
  • If you experience technical issues preventing you from using the Service, please contact support@kling4.org

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until then.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may suspend your account until the outstanding balance is resolved. We will notify you by email of any payment issues.

Termination

Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time through account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if:

  • You breach any provision of these Terms
  • We are required to do so by law
  • We reasonably believe your use poses a security risk or harm to others
  • We discontinue the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not liable for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
  • Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

Changes to Terms

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
